Ingredient Substitutions

  • Truffle Cheese: If you don’t have truffle cheese, you can substitute it with parmesan, pecorino, or any white cheese with a strong flavor profile.
  • Sourdough Bread: If sourdough isn’t available, you can use any rustic, thick-sliced bread like ciabatta or a French baguette for a similar texture.
  • Infused Butter: If you don't have infused butter, feel free to opt for infused olive oil instead and just use regular butter.

TIPS & TRICKS

  • Perfect Scramble: Turn off the heat before adding the eggs to the pan. This allows the eggs to cook slowly, resulting in a creamy, soft scramble.
  • Toasting Tip: Make sure to toast the sourdough until it’s golden brown on both sides for the perfect crunch to complement the soft eggs.

Recipe

SERVINGS: 1

TIME REQUIRED: 8 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup truffle cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cannabis infused butter
  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp maldon salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat up a frying pan to medium heat and drizzle olive oil on top.
  2. While you’re waiting for the pan to heat up, whisk two eggs together and grate your truffle cheese. If you don’t have truffle cheese, you can use parmesan or any white cheese.
  3. Once the pan is hot enough, place the sourdough bread into the pan and toast the bread for 1 minute on each side or until golden brown. Once finished, removed bread from the pan onto a plate.
  4. Using the remaining oil in the pan, pour the whisked egg into the pan and turn off the heat completely. Use chopsticks to whisk the egg so that it swirls and cooks.
  5. Add in the cannabis butter into the egg while the pan is still hot.
  6. Once the eggs are cooked, place them on top of the sourdough bread and garnish with black pepper, truffle cheese, and salt flakes.
  7. Enjoy!

Step 1: Calculate Potency For Your Infusion

Calculate total batch potency by entering product weight (grams), THC/THCA percentage, and CBD/CBDA percentage. Get total THC and CBD in milligrams (mg) for dosing.

(flower, wax, oil, etc)

THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) is the psychoactive compound in cannabis, while THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is its non-psychoactive precursor found in raw cannabis

CBD (cannabidiol) is a psychoactive compound in cannabis known for its potential therapeutic benefits, while CBDA (cannabidiolic acid) is the precursor to CBD found in raw cannabis, which needs to be decarboxylated (heated) to become CBD with active properties.

(ie. butter, olive oil, coconut oil, MCT oil, alcohol)
